About the Role:
- You will report to the Director, Bank Regulatory Compliance and steward the implementation of a scalable prudential compliance program.
- This role combines strategic program design with operational execution for bank charter readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and operate the first prudential regulatory compliance program for banking, focusing on Regulations W and O.
- Engage and partner with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, People/HR, and Credit.
- Maintain records and documentation on all prudential regulatory compliance activities.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-7+ years of experience in building or operating prudential compliance programs including Regulations W and O.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
- Excitement about using technology, including AI, to enhance capabilities.
