Responsibilities:
- Research and contact customers on accounts receivable balances to obtain payment.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to escalated issues from the local office and customers.
- Complete detailed account reconciliations and apply payments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years accounting, billing or AR experience.
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
- Accounting Software knowledge preferred.
Work from Home (WFH) Requirements:
- Terrestrial cable or fiber internet connections are strongly preferred.
- High-speed Internet connection is required.
