Key Responsibilities:
- Convert warm leads by building rapport and understanding career goals of prospective students.
- Manage objections, follow up opportunities, and achieve consistent sales targets and KPIs.
- Use Salesforce for accurate record-keeping and deliver exceptional customer service throughout enrolment.
Qualifications and Environment:
- Must have full working rights in Australia and availability for rotating roster between 8:30am and 6:30pm AEST.
- Proven experience in sales or phone-based roles with strong communication and lead conversion skills is highly desirable.
