Job Description
Responsible for accurately processing incoming business and cancellations with precision and timeliness. Meet or exceed established production and quality benchmarks. Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Support Spanish-speaking stakeholders by facilitating clear and effective communication.
Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar customer service or operations role are strongly preferred. Delivers exceptional service and works effectively across teams to promote a positive customer experience. Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities to resolve issues and improve processes. Manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and MS Teams; experience with greenscreen systems is a plus.
