Senior Technical Programs Manager

Who We Are:

• Personified is a managed IT and cybersecurity services provider for campaigns, non-profits, and mission-aligned organizations.
• We act as an extension of client teams, handling all responsibilities a traditional internal IT team would.

About the Role:

• Serve as a trusted partner and main point of contact for mission-driven clients, ensuring responsive, high-quality IT and cybersecurity support.
• Lead complex initiatives from scoping through execution, owning project timelines and coordinating across teams.
• Work closely with the VP of Technical Programs on client onboarding, account management, and internal process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts and drive successful onboarding, ensuring internal teams are aligned and ready to deliver value.
• Oversee project planning, timeline management, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain meticulous records of projects, deliverables, and needs, including issues, risks, dependencies, and schedules.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in account management.
• Experience working at or with a managed service provider and proficiency with project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, or Jira.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical and security concepts to non-technical audiences.
