IT Operations Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead IT operations by translating strategy into prioritized projects, assigning work, and reporting progress to the CSTO.
• Own Entra ID architecture, Conditional Access, identity lifecycle, SSO, and device identity, acting as the final escalation point.
• Implement technical controls for CMMC Level 2 and support SOC 2 audits, including access reviews and security remediation.

Qualifications:

• 7–10+ years in systems/identity engineering with at least 4 years of deep, hands-on Microsoft Entra ID experience.
• Expert-level skill with Conditional Access, PIM, federation, and strong automation using Microsoft Graph and PowerShell.
• Experience with Intune at fleet scale, compliance frameworks, and Jira/Confluence administration.
