Senior Technical Recruiter

Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Data teams, ensuring a high-quality and efficient candidate experience. Proactively source and engage top technical talent through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person hiring events. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term hiring needs. Build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines to support current and future hiring across technical functions. Represent Healthie at in-person recruiting events and industry meetups to increase brand visibility and expand our network. Collaborate with internal teams (People Ops, Engineering, Product, Marketing) to continuously improve our employer brand and hiring processes. Track pipeline health, recruiting metrics, and conversion data to inform decisions and improve outcomes. Champion a best-in-class candidate experience and help foster a diverse, inclusive hiring culture.
