We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our small but mighty Talent team. This role will be a strategic partner to our Engineering and Product orgs, helping us attract and hire exceptional technical talent as we scale. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to shape hiring strategy, drive key searches, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Support rapid scaling and mission-driven growth by building a high-impact team of Engineers. Source, engage, and close candidates using modern recruiting tools and AI-enhanced workflows. Partner directly with Engineering to drive full cycle recruiting for technical roles, from interview to close.
As a Sr. Technical Recruiter, you will connect mission-driven people to work that matters by leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for Engineering, Data, and Analytics roles, while building scalable hiring systems that help find and support top technical talent. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders to deepen expertise in how candidates are sourced, evaluated, and hired. From day one, you’ll help shape how to find, hire, and support the people behind the mission.
