Technical Recruiter

What You'll Do:

• Source senior software engineers across LinkedIn, GitHub, and other channels
• Build and manage targeted candidate pipelines for multiple roles
• Run initial recruiter phone screens

What Success Looks Like:

• Build active pipelines for multiple engineering roles
• Deliver a steady flow of qualified candidates into technical interviews
• Establish a consistent weekly cadence of screens and interview handoffs

Preferred Skills and Background:

• Experience recruiting senior software engineers
• Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting skills
• Track record of supporting high-volume or fast-paced hiring efforts
