Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs.
Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate data, and reporting in Ashby (ATS).

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

3–6+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles.
Strong technical sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms such as GitHub.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
