Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Work with our Head of People and Senior Recruiter to establish, standardize, and refine recruiting processes.
• Leverage Greenhouse ATS or similar tools to optimize workflows, track performance metrics, and elevate the candidate experience.

Technical Hiring Results:

• Successfully hire top-tier technical talent across engineering, product, and data teams.
• Meet or exceed annual and quarterly hiring goals while maintaining predictable, scalable hiring timelines.

Technical Recruiting Leadership, Execution and Collaboration:

• Own the full technical recruiting lifecycle, from role scoping and job description development through sourcing, interview coordination, and offer execution.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on interview design, market conditions, and technical hiring best practices.
