Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate the full-cycle recruiting process from applications to screens to offers
- Build and source a talent community strategy that proactively attracts high-caliber talent to our hiring pipelines
- Continuously improve recruiting infrastructure, including scoring rubrics, interview plans, and communication systems
Requirements:
- Have 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or developer experience roles
- Actively engage with and understand engineering culture and developer communities
- Care deeply about candidate experience for every person who interacts with our brand
