- Build durable operating rhythms that balance speed with rigor.
Operational & Data Leadership:
- Own EPD hiring operations: forecasting, capacity modeling, prioritization, and execution health.
- Use data to surface risk early and drive decisions.
- Partner with Talent Ops to ensure systems, tooling, and reporting support growth.
