Job Description
The Technical Support Engineer will:
-Work with customers on administration, design and optimization.
-Manage support cases from beginning to end, developing close relationships with customers.
-Be curious and willing to improve products, processes, and culture.
The candidate needs:
-A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience
-Relational DB experience at scale.
-Strong communication skills.
Bonus points for:
-Being familiar with TimescaleDB
-Familiarity with cloud computing concepts
-Experience with Relational databases, NoSQL databases, and data modeling tools
