Billing Analyst - 2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and distribute prebills and proformas, assist with month-end processing, and manage timeliness of billing.
• Prepare attorney/client invoices for various fee arrangements and ensure accuracy of work product.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain spreadsheets for tracking.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or advanced degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum two years of billing experience in a law firm or professional organization.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with Aderant or Elite.
