Staff Accountant - Revenue & Billing Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with quarterly electronic billing of over 25,000 client accounts, manage remittance, and evaluate refund requests.
• Own accounts receivable processes including customer setup, invoicing, cash application, and reconciliation.
• Identify discrepancies, resolve billing issues, and drive process improvements to enhance accuracy and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 2+ years of accounting/AR experience.
• Strong analytical, Excel, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of revenue recognition and GAAP; experience with enterprise accounting software a plus.
