We are seeking an organized, efficient, and detail-oriented Technical Support Representative. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and the problem-solving skills necessary to provide effective support and maintenance. Key Responsibilities include providing support, repair, and assistance to retail locations regarding POS software and hardware issues. The role involves repairing and maintaining equipment like POS terminals, scanners, printers, and computers, along with relevant software. Assisting in the setup and installation of new hardware and POS software. Performing troubleshooting on core system remote devices and engaging in computer-related break-fix repairs. The candidate needs to prioritize tasks and work independently while maintaining strong communication with store staff. The qualifications include experience in replacing, configuring, and setting up hardware and software, strong understanding of POS hardware, proficiency in electronic troubleshooting, and networking. Individual needs to have own equipment including dual monitors and strong wired internet.
