Business Analyst, P&C Insurance (Remote)

Strategy & Planning:

• Participate in meetings with business unit leadership and end users to define system requirements and identify issues.
• Participate in design sessions to prototype new systems to enhance business processes and information flow.
• Conduct analysis to make recommendations and suggest alternatives for existing and potential trouble areas.

Execution & Delivery:

• Adhere to established project timelines for delivery of milestones and communicate project status.
• Provide systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide development teams.
• Coordinate testing of application systems, including end-user acceptance and quality assurance reviews.

What you will bring to C&F:

• Bachelor's degree plus 2-5+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience in P&C Insurance.
• Experience with Duck Creek Policy or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
