Engineering Manager - MetaMask (Backend-Platform)

As an Engineering Manager for the Backend-Patform swimlane, you will lead and manage two teams: API Platform & Datalake. These engineering teams are responsible for building and maintaining some of the core data building blocks powering user experiences within MetaMask. Your primary focus will be on guiding your team(s) to deliver high-quality, stable and performance services that enable client teams to drive engagement and revenue. You will manage up to two teams with 2-4 engineers on each, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles. You will drive delivery of key features, ensuring release timelines are met and build quality is inline with Technical and Operational guidelines. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within your team, encouraging engineers to explore new technologies, share knowledge, and improve processes.
