About the Role:
- Drive the success for important customers, including Cloudflare, Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI.
- Manage complex technical relationships and drive product improvements based on their feedback.
- Build relationships that make customers genuinely excited to work with Stainless.
What You'll Do:
- Investigate and triage sophisticated technical issues and manage escalations.
- Track and organize dozens of customer requests, issues, and initiatives.
- Translate customer needs into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.

- You excel at building relationships and making customers feel valued.
- You communicate clearly and stay calm under pressure.
