Sales Operations & Support Specialist

The Sales Operations & Support Specialist will serve as a key point of support during the pre- and post-sale processes, including quoting, paperwork, and purchase orders. This role requires coordination with sales representatives to ensure deals are correctly scoped and move through our systems smoothly. Responsibilities include entering and managing sales orders in NetSuite (ERP) and HubSpot (CRM), ensuring accuracy and timely processing. The specialist will also help build internal workflows and resources to streamline quoting, contracts, and district onboarding, and partner closely with our Sales Ops team to anticipate friction points and solve problems before they arise. Supporting the development of a new "Deal Desk" model and tracking/reporting key operational metrics to improve deal velocity and team efficiency are also key aspects of this role.
