Job Description

The Account Executive, SMB, is dedicated to driving sales and expanding the client base within the SMB segment. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, building relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of SMBs. Reporting to the Manager of SMB, this is a critical role in acquiring new business and ensuring client satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the Deel's growth objectives and commitment to delivering value to its clients. Responsibilities include demonstrating Deel's value to prospects, building relationships for cross and upselling, researching client needs, strategizing with the SDR team, maintaining the pipeline, communicating with internal stakeholders, maintaining the CRM system, and attending industry events.
