About the Role:
- The Community Strategy Manager provides operational and analytical support for community strategy leadership.
- This role ensures consistent execution of community strategy across Customer Success and Sales.
- It sits at the intersection of process design, analytics, and consultative enablement.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a consultative partner to Customer Success Managers and support escalation reviews.
- Drive retention across assigned customer accounts and partner with community organizations.
- Maintain SOPs and track escalation metrics in Salesforce.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in customer success, community engagement, or related fields.
- Experience with government agencies, CBOs, or nonprofits.
- Strong analytical skills and Salesforce experience.
