Help shape the future of sales at Experian as a visionary Sales Strategy Manager. You will be at the forefront of Experian's evolving go-to-market journey, reporting into the Sales Operations VP. You will design and implement strategies to mature our main sales focus areas, including go-to-market sales structure, role and skill development, and compensation plans. This role requires a sales expert, a strategy builder, a change maker, and someone who can turn ideas into plans and action.
You will not only make recommendations but also help make them happen. The role will manage senior partners, sales and revenue operations relationships across Experian HR, Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership in all regions and will also collaborate with industry consultants and advisors. Work includes assessing current B2B sales functions, recommending changes to compensation models, and partnering with global sales teams to implement sales transformation solutions.
