About the Role:
- Bobtail is seeking an experienced Director of Risk to lead risk, underwriting, fraud prevention, and compliance in freight factoring.
- The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the trucking industry and be highly data-driven.
What You'll Do:
- Own the overall risk function and establish strategy, priorities, and risk management framework.
- Lead, coach, and develop the risk team, setting clear expectations and accountability.
- Oversee client and debtor risk, underwriting, fraud detection, and portfolio management.
