What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of Product Management experience.
- 5+ years leading Product Managers and product organizations.
- Demonstrated success managing complex hardware and technology product portfolios.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and business performance for PAR's Drive-Thru product portfolio.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Hardware Product Management team.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management and go-to-market execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in restaurant technology, drive-thru solutions, or connected hardware platforms.
- Experience launching embedded or IoT-based products.
- Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-connected hardware ecosystems, and subscription business models.
