Engineering Manager, Integrations

Role Overview:

• Lead the development, launch, and operation of third-party integrations and reusable platform capabilities.
• Establish repeatable playbooks, technical patterns, and delivery processes to accelerate future launches.
• Manage and mentor software engineers, fostering a diverse, collaborative, and high-performing culture.

Responsibilities:

• Define clear operating mechanisms for prioritization, delivery, engineering quality, and cross-functional decision-making.
• Partner with Product, Design, Technical Program Management, go-to-market teams, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee reliability and performance of integrations, managing partner dependencies and ensuring dependable API behavior.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience directly managing software engineers, including coaching and team development.
• Experience leading integrations, API or developer platforms, technology ecosystems, or marketplace teams.
• Strong people management skills and ability to translate technical complexity into clear priorities.
