Medicare & Health Insurance Outbound Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant

Role Overview:

• Conduct outbound calls to Medicare leads and set appointments with licensed insurance representatives.
• Support a U.S.-based health insurance agency in a fully remote, part-time independent contractor role.
• Provide patient, empathetic communication to seniors while documenting their needs and concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Use approved scripts to call existing, previous, and new Medicare leads and assess interest in discussing coverage.
• Schedule qualified appointments, handle routine objections, and follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate lead records in Microsoft Excel and submit daily activity reports.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in phone-based customer service, outbound calling, or telemarketing.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional accent; native or near-native preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn phone systems and scheduling tools.
