Design scalable recruiting strategies to support high-growth technical hiring. Optimize Recruiting Operations: Improve processes, drive automation, and streamline workflows for recruiter efficiency. Leverage Data & Analytics: Use data to guide recruiting decisions, influence stakeholders, and track performance. Mentorship & Growth: Develop recruiters into strategic talent partners capable of engaging and influencing senior technical leaders. Cultivate Cross-Functional Partnerships: Build strong relationships with Engineering, Product, Design, and Data leaders, providing strategic recruiting insights. Champion Diversity & Inclusion: Lead inclusive hiring practices, ensuring diverse talent pipelines and equitable candidate experiences.
