LastPass is seeking a Manager, Digital Customer Outcomes to lead and manage digital customer journeys for B2B customers globally, helping them maximize the value of LastPass. This role primarily focuses on customer onboarding, with shared responsibility for adoption and utilization. The manager will execute a top-tier digital experience for global customers by driving onboarding strategy, execution, and feedback loops around digital engagements. They will strategically design, implement, test, and manage digital lifecycle programs for B2B customers, focusing on onboarding. The ideal candidate will own the strategy and execution for digital onboarding and adoption, using multi-channel communications, and partner with data science teams to design targeted, outcome-focused digital events that empower customers and end-users at scale.
