AP/AR Operations Lead

Your Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve end-to-end AP/AR operations while building scalable systems to support a growing global payments business.
• Reconcile bank accounts and onchain wallets; maintain subledgers and ensure accurate month-end close alignment with the general ledger
• Evaluate, implement, and integrate automation tools, including AI-powered invoice capture, auto-reconciliation, intelligent payment reminders, and billing platforms

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of AP/AR or accounting operations experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or senior capacity
• Hands-on experience managing both fiat and digital asset transactions
• Demonstrated experience implementing automation within ERP or finance workflows (e.g., AI invoice tools, integrations, billing systems)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a Web3, fintech, or crypto-native organization
• Familiarity with multi-entity structures and global operations
• Experience implementing or managing billing or usage-based invoicing platforms
