Position Overview:
- Responsible for managing planning, execution, growth, retention, and client satisfaction for assigned clients in the Pharmacy Benefit Administration (PBA) segment.
- Acts as the quarterback and leader of the broader Account Management team, serving as the client voice and advocate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Texas-based clients and manage complexities of the regulated TDI market.
- Lead client relationship strategy, business planning, and the renewal/contracting process.
- Analyze industry trends and collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions and support growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in health administration or business; relevant experience accepted.
- At least 5 years in pharmacy, working within health plans, managed care, or PBM.
- Market knowledge of Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and Health Exchange pharmacy; strong communication and analytical skills.
