About the Role:
- Act as the go-to expert for Applied Epic, configuring and optimizing the platform.
- Deploy and manage key systems like CRM, telephony, and analytics tools.
Operational Excellence:
- Own cross-agency SOPs and ensure consistent execution.
- Identify and fix operational gaps that affect sales, service, and data quality.
Post-Acquisition Integration:
- Manage the integration playbook for new agencies.
- Coordinate with finance, HR, IT, and sales teams for smooth onboarding.
Strategic Projects:
- Lead initiatives that drive revenue growth and margin expansion.
- Translate strategic goals into measurable projects and workflows.
