Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement national standards and best practices for Employee Benefits operations.
- Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance productivity.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Partner with IT and business leaders to optimize agency management systems and leverage automation.
- Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to regional teams on operational policies and system utilization.
- Lead operational integration efforts during mergers, acquisitions, or organizational restructuring.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field.
- 6–8 years in insurance brokerage operations with expertise in Employee Benefits and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits workflows, compliance requirements, and agency management systems.
