IT Help Desk Specialist Latin America - Remote

Daily Tasks:

• Provide IT support for laptops, accounts and tools.
• Set up laptops for new hires and support onboarding/offboarding access
• Maintain and improve internal IT documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and track Mesh’s device lifecycle.
• Ensure device security compliance.
• Partner with Security, People Ops, and Engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Proficiency with platforms such as Okta, Jira and Google Workspace.
