The big picture:
- We are looking for an ambitious Statutory Accountant to support our finance department across European countries.
- Participate in audit processes and year-end closings while mentoring other accounting staff.
What you'll do:
- Manage and review all statutory work in your allocated portfolio, including monthly flux analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Analyze accounts to identify unusual transactions and provide guidance to meet client deadlines.
- Lead year-end close activities, prepare US to local GAAP reconciliations, and coordinate with auditors.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with 2-3 years of accounting experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, SAP ERP knowledge, and strong attention to detail.
- Proactive communication and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
