Role Overview:
- Act as the primary link between customers and internal teams, including Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering.
- Manage the full client lifecycle from pre-sale to live run, ensuring satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in pre-sales, define scope, write specs, and provide timelines and budgets.
- Lead client onboarding, identify risks, get UAT sign-off, and communicate progress.
- Follow up on software installation, gather feedback, and manage ticket workflow.
Technical Environment:
- Work with a multi-process application in Java, and technologies like Scala, React, Kafka, and REST.
- Engage with international clients in demanding capital markets environments.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor or Master's in computer science or related, with 2+ years in client support or business analysis.
- Strong interest in finance and electronic trading, with excellent English and Cantonese skills.
