Ensure all requirements are met and delivered within agreed timelines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned new client onboardings.
Plan, coordinate, and execute onboarding plans while establishing strong client rapport.
Work closely with sales, client success, and technical teams to coordinate seamless experiences.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboardings simultaneously.
Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of background screening or similar industries preferred.
