- Report to senior management using data models and statistical analysis.
- Create reports and metrics with a focus on quality control.
- Ensure teams meet SLA standards.
Team Development:
- Train, coach, and develop staff for department efficiency.
- Research process gaps and close gaps timely.
- Communicate clearly on MERS data reconciliations, exceptions, and errors.
