Job Description

Landmark Valuation Services (LVS) is seeking a Head of Relationships to manage lender and surveyor relationships, sales, account management, and business development. This role involves leading a team of Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers, designing and executing sales and relationship strategies, and growing revenue through new product implementations and retention efforts. The Head of Relationships will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify and convert commercial opportunities with top UK mortgage lenders and surveyors, and support the team in engaging deeply with customers to understand their needs. They will also work with Product Management to ensure new technologies and solutions are aligned with customer requirements and assist in migrating customers to new platforms. The ideal candidate will have formal sales methodology knowledge, excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a strong commercial focus with experience in managing targets and budgets.
