Engineering Manager

About the Opportunity:

• Pragmatike is hiring for a growing technology company on a 3-month renewable consulting mission.
• You will sit at the intersection of engineering leadership, technical decision-making and business priorities.

What You'll Do:

• Define and drive the engineering roadmap in line with product and business priorities.
• Lead, mentor and support engineers, remove blockers and help the team perform at its best.
• Make and challenge architectural decisions with a focus on scalability and reliability.

What We're Looking For:

• Significant experience as an Engineering Manager or similar technical leadership role.
• Strong software engineering background in Python, Ruby, Elixir, or Golang.
• Fluent French is mandatory and strong English communication skills are required.
