Real Estate Cold Calling & Marketing Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:

-Make daily outbound cold calls to prospective buyers, sellers, landlords, and investor leads.

-Schedule buyer/seller consultations, showings, listing appointments, and follow-ups.

-Post pre-created content across social platforms(Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Real Estate Cold Calling & Marketing Virtual Assistant Requirements:

-3+ years experience in real estate, cold calling, lead generation, ISA roles, or sales-focused VA work.

-Strong and confident communication skills; comfortable speaking with U.S. real estate prospects.

-Must be available to work in alignment with U.S. Eastern/Central Time Zones.
