Role Overview:
- You will serve as a subject matter expert in Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) group programming for especially vulnerable refugees.
- You will ensure compliance with PC grant requirements across the network and support training efforts for field staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain thorough understanding of MHPSS curricula and facilitate the Groups Community of Practice.
- Conduct annual PC Site Profile reviews and quarterly check-ins with managers to promote accountability.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of refugee resettlement experience and 2 years as a case manager or groups facilitator.
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or MSW, proficiency in Microsoft apps and Asana.
