Background:
- PSI is a global health organization seeking an external consultant for compliance support.
- The consultant will serve in an advisory capacity to staff across the PSI network.
Scope of Work:
- Provide timely and practical compliance review and advice via a help desk function.
- Strengthen capacity of staff through a discrete training and support series.
- Support revision of compliance tools and finalization of USG awards.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with donor compliance requirements from USG, Foundations, and Multilateral institutions.
- Strong analytical and writing skills to translate complex regulations into clear guidance.
- Experience with subaward or subgrant management tools and processes.
