About the Role:
- You will be the go-to compliance resource for Lively's HSA, FSA, and HRA products.
- You will ensure these products are designed, marketed, and delivered in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop deep expertise in Lively's benefit products and serve as an internal compliance resource.
- Lead compliance risk assessments for new features and technologies.
- Monitor regulatory developments and support escalation resolution.
Skills & Experience:
- 4-6 years in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of HSA, FSA, HRA regulatory requirements.
- Ability to interpret regulatory materials and translate into product requirements.
