About the Role:
- Translate estimator's real-world process into a workflow inside Higharc.
- Be the person customers call for troubleshooting, workflow pushes, or going all in.
- Own multiple customer relationships, with calls and sessions across accounts daily.
About You:
- 5+ years in estimating or purchasing, ideally in home building.
- Expert-level Excel skills and experience leading training or implementation.
- Strong project management instincts and confidence presenting to leadership.
