HR Assistant Intern

Internship Overview:

• We are looking for an HR Assistant Intern to support our recruiting and candidate consulting activities.
• You will work closely with our recruiters and founders, helping IT specialists find new job opportunities abroad.
• No prior HR experience is required — you will receive onboarding, training, and continuous feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and apply for IT job vacancies on job boards and professional platforms.
• Assist in creating and editing CVs and cover letters for clients.
• Prepare simple progress reports on client job applications and conduct research on companies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in English (C1) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and solid research habits, plus basic understanding of the IT landscape.
• Comfortable working with job boards and Google Docs, and eager to learn new tools.
