Lead, coach, and mentor a recruiting coordinator team, guiding best practices and ensuring their professional development. Manage workload distribution and work scheduling and Support the RC Manager in team performance evaluations. Oversee the coordination of the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interview scheduling (including executive recruitment), candidate communication, and onboarding support. Streamline and optimize recruitment coordination processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism within the team to ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience. Serve as a communication bridge between the coordination team and other stakeholders.
