Job Description
As a Client Executive, Partnerships sits on the Client Success Partnerships (CSP) team, the central engine for driving value and growth within our established B2B channel partner ecosystem. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of mid-market clients acquired through our reseller partner channel, executing client engagement plans and supporting client success goals.
You will manage day-to-day client success activities , including onboarding, engagement, and renewal support. You will serve as the primary strategic advisor and relationship manager for your clients, building deep partnerships and helping them achieve their employee mental health goals. You will also develop and execute client success plans, including delivering metric-based reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews.
