Print Production Manager

Accountabilities:

• Own multiple print production programs from digital content lock through final printer release, ensuring schedules, milestones, and release plans remain on track.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and printers to deliver print packages accurately and on schedule.
• Manage cover production, NIMAC submissions, and compliance requirements while driving process improvements through automation and AI.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in print production, publishing operations, or production project management.
• Strong knowledge of print production, prepress, quality assurance, version control, release processes, and vendor management.
• Experience with workflow platforms like Jira, Airtable, Smartsheet, or Workfront, and a systems-oriented mindset.
